What is MCAS

MyChildAtSchool [MCAS] is a portal enabling parents to view their child’s progress in real-time via a web browser. This facility allows exclusive access to a range of useful pupil data. As well as pupil performance data, the portal also provides useful information about our school, such as the Academic Calendar and Announcements.

How to access MCAS

You can access My Child at School from the following website https://www.mychildatschool.com/ or from an app on your mobile phone from the App Store / Play Store.

How to set up your account

Our school ID code is 11716

Your username and invitation code will be sent as a text to you. By default, we send out an individual account to anyone with parental responsibility of the child. However, we can give other users access on request of the priority one contact.

To activate your account the easiest way is to log on to their web portal version

MyChildAtSchool – Redeem Invitation Code

Click the redeem invitation code (highlighted) the school code is 11716. Your username and invitation code will be the ones received in the text message.

You will will then be asked for your email address a secure password. Please note you may get an pop up error at this point if the password is not secure enough.

You will then be asked to choose some security questions and answers. This is so you can access your account if you have forgotten your password or change mobile phone.

Once this is all done you may now log on to the phone app with your details.

How to set up your account straight from the app

When you start the app you will be asked for a pin and or if the app can use your fingerprint / facial recognition. This is to secure the app on your device and in no way is saved or sent to us, much like your banking app.

Click the redeem invitation code highlighted and follow the process as with the web version (above).
